Just spreading the word, there's a Kickstarter project for Wasteland 2 trying to raise $900k. Looks like interest is high since it's only been about 8 hours or so and they have almost $250k. Funding goal deadline is April 17th, with an estimated release date of October 2013.
Those of you not familiar with Kickstarter, understand that it is like a donation and there's no legal/100% guarantee you'll get anything back from it. However you will get your money refunded if the project doesn't reach its goal by the deadline.

They will take as little as $1, but $15 is the minimum for actually "pre-ordering" a digital copy of the game.
