Any idea why? i have to turnn phone off and on again to see actual battery life.
Other than that i love this thing.

Yes it will..... I dont know... I would bet there is a way to back up all your info before you do a factory reset

Try shutting the phone down, removing the battery and restart it first before doing the factory default.

Do you have Clock Work Manager? A microSD Card? You can backup your whole OS into it.
