Hey guys. I received a package from a company and I need to send something back. The return envelope they included in my package (Canada) has a printed $1.29 "stamp" on it. What "feature" does this stamp give over the regular 61 cent stamp that you buy from the store?

If that's what it looks like, then the company has a device, which weighs, and prints the "stamp" on the envelope.
It saves them time from buying stamps, and allows them to pay via Credit Card for their mailing. (They buy 'bulk mailing' packages.)
ALSO, it allows them (as seen here) to put their own logo to the left of the stamp.
