Im selling around 250 sq ft of Platon subfloor that was left over from a recent basement reno I just did.
This stuff usually sells at Home Depot for around 34 cents per sqft (taxes incld). Im selling it for 24c for a total cost $60.
This can either be used as a subfloor or for bridging foundation cracks
