Hi,
This is the first time I work as a contractor. I signed a 3 months contract and finished the work two months ago. It is said on the contract that I should send them invoice every month and they should pay within 15 days. But it has been two months and I haven't received any payment yet. What should I do?

Regards,
Shawn

No one is gonna be looking out for you except yourself. Push the issue again saying they are well past due for payment, and if your employer tries to give excuses, pursue them in small claims court for the contract + small court fees. They may think that because you are small, that they can mess around with you. You need to stand up for yourself.

Also...if you can still get access to your code/work-product...remove it. You may have signed over the rights to it in consideration for
payment but if you aren't paid then it's yours. It's the IT form of a mechanics lien.
