If you know someone working at FS or BB you can use their discount to get 45% off. Otherwise you will just have to wait for a sale.

Amazon, themselves no. But if it is some sketchy seller on Amazon then I might have some doubts
Anyways, if you can get 45% off retail (which amazon does not sell anywhere near close to),and pick them up locally without having to take the hit from duties and shipping, I would say that's a pretty good deal. Also, on a FS/BB sale, the prices of the studios usually drop $100 (still better than amazon)
now personally, owning a pair of Studios and Pros, I would say they are not worth the money even at $249.99 (sale price), The Pros however, at $349.99 (sale price) possibly (if you factor in the utility/value the name provides)... though there are better options for less...
