In some of the Ikea jobs that I am interested in, one of the requirement was "100% Completion of IKEA Business College in current department".
Does anyone know where I can find more info on IKEA Business college? From Google, the only IKEA Business College is in Sweden.

more likely than not those postings are probably meant for existing employees who can take advantage of attaining an "Ikea" degree through employment training. Probably a classier way of saying Ikea training certifications. That's odd though Ikea college, never heard of it.
It's better to apply anyways a business degree is a business degree...to some extent of course given variations in course requirements in colleges and universities. Nonetheless give it a shot if you feel like you have the necessary qualifications, you wouldn't be loosing much

They offer a co-op MBA program.
