View Full Version : Would you keep naked photos from previous relationships?

So...true story. I know I've come up with some wacky stuff, but this is true. FACT.
I have a female friend I have known since university. We flirted a bit back then, but never dated. (her ex's were all huge black guys and I was scared they would come after me) Over time, we drifted apart but would still email from time to time to see what's up. I'm married, she's divorced. Last week, somehow the subject got onto genital piercings. She said she had one. I called BS. (she didn't seem like the type to get one) Anyways, with no warning, she sends me a spread eagle pic of her vag! Whoa, WTF?!? The wife is in the same room! I start sweating. I quickly hit delete, empty trash, and go onto the Globe and Mail website and pretend to read the editorials.
So, this got me thinking about all the personal naked photos that must be floating out there.
My question to all you noobs are: If you're in a current relationship, and you have naked photos from previous relationships, would you still keep them?
Discuss.

Yes, because all my ex's are big time famous and I use the pictures to extort them!

Only one of my ex'es ever sent me nudes and I still have them. You never know when suddenly the internet goes out and the whole spank bank goes empty.

No... There were at least one picture of an ex that I found on the web that I got rid of, there were old pictures of a girlfriend I eventually tore up as well. It's not healthy.
Collecting porn which resembles people I know in real life who I have not dated. Different story. Those are eventually trashed as well, but they are way better than any pictures of exes, that's a guarantee. It's probably unhealthy too. But I don't care.
I remember this one time I ran into someone from high school and I mentioned that I liked the photo shoot and they went pale in shock. These people have no idea how far these images circulate.
If it helps, someone got pictures of me once and I am terrified to this day.
I also make it habit to mail these out to people I collect images of. Do you think it's creepy?
http://i41.tinypic.com/2psi0wn.gif
There is nothing more sexist than the perfectly acceptable woman flashing her vajayjay, but anything involving porn and males is immediately creepy.

I've never kept naked pics of my ex. What would you need them for? Once the relationship is over, they should all be deleted. Plus, it's highly disrespectful to your new partner, if you still have them, or even worse, still look at them.

it amazes me how much amateur photo and video pics are out there. The number is just astonishing...I really can't believe it sometimes. I think its already gone past the taboo point where its not really that big of a deal. Yeah, it'll cause embaressment when friends find out, but it won't end your life or your career (in most cases).
A lot of it is leaked by a third party, but there are a lot of girls who put their own pics out there and are okay with it.

I emptied my outlook trash but I'm sure it's probably still in the gmail server. But why would I post it? LOL. That's rude and she still is a friend.
It's nothing special. It's like any other bald beev you would see online if you did a google search. She's a blond, not Asian, in case you were curious.

You haven't been looking hard enough
Nudes are no big deal.
Porn is still taboo.
Even that "nude" of that Sprint girl who was fired from the Nascar circuit. That's not even "porn", yet that's still taboo.
In any event, I remember one time someone asked me if I had stolen naked pictures of his girlfriend, I didn't. Those pictures get around.
I even remember one time after ripping up nude photos, my pervert friends while I was gone went into the trash and tried to find all the pieces to fit them back together. Seriously. I didn't even tell them about it. They saw what looked like a ripped up photo, and a piece of skin and went crazy.
People should do themselves a favor and get professional images taken by professional photographers and hand those instead, jmo... art photos, instead of raunchy amateur porn. jmo...

ANY old keepsakes should be thrown out after the realationship... ( or once ready....) For the longest time I had a stash of shiate from old GFs that I never got around to throwing out. Once you've moved on there really isn't (or shouldn't be) a need to keep it.

...Last week, somehow the subject got onto genital piercings. She said she had one. I called BS. (she didn't seem like the type to get one) Anyways, with no warning, she sends me a spread eagle pic of her vag! Whoa, WTF?!?...
Happened to me IRL, was talking to this girl (at work :|) and the subject of piercings came up, she told me she had some, nips and vag pierced (Her reasons for these locations were that her parents were extremely conservative and would not be able to see either) . Of course at the sound of that, I being the young man I was at the time (late teens), let my face betray me. She decided to indulge me, and I was treated to an eyeful right there at work.
While on the subject of girls offering to take off their clothes for no reason, it happens much more often than you'd think ;)
Also back to the topic, I personally do not keep any pictures of anything "incriminating" on my computer. Ex or not, it only takes one incident of someone snooping on your computer for something like that to become public.

I sent her an email the next day saying that her lips weren't perfectly symmetrical and if she was ok with that. J/K. No, not really awkward. We're adults. I did email her yesterday asking her opinion on a particular ottoman.

You're assuming she or the wife would even be interested in a threesome. Besides, threesomes are overrated. All vag's feel the same. You only have one penis, so what's the point of having the other person there? To high-five them every time you think you did a move worthy of porn?

*raises eyebrow* I do not believe one's "man card" should not be handed in for refusal of easy game. 25 partners is plenty (at least for conservative me), I personally do not find promiscuity an attractive quality. For me, even being offered sex on the first date is off putting. I usually refuse and it has a tendency to make me cease my pursuit.

Fair enough on the "we're adults" comment, but why follow it up with a negative comment about her sexual past. (providing she was safe)

We're talking about a "3some participant", not a serious relationship partner. "Promiscuity" is pretty much a requirement for this situation.

not anymore... used to have some on computer and phone. A few times it was just too dangerous to have them on the phone. I have a password on my phone but the odd time when a friend borrows my phone to make a call or don't have a certain person's number and uses my phone, they sometimes end up snooping through my phone. One time i literally had to grab the phone away as they were going into the pictures folder.
The other time my ex was going through my phone and I realized i had a video in there... it was another girl in the video... that was a close one lol.

I'll let you be the judge...When I bought my first smartphone, I stupidly went on facebook and downloaded some older undergrad photos as I was about to delete the albums. First of all, it was hardly a hissy fit and secondly, who says it was me who reported your post? Sure, I responded to your garbage but that doesn't say I reported it. Perhaps I did, perhaps I didn't but I assure you, your post was offensive and was against forum rules so don't assume that I reported it, or that if I did I was the only one.
Your post was a very graphic description of a female's genetalia and if you think that is appropriate discussion on a PG rated site then you have a serious problem. You keep pushing the limits of what is decent and acceptable so you will end up with many of your posts being reported. RFD OT is not the Penthouse or Playboy forum. You are so smart at figuring out how to post links so I'm sure you can find your way to one of those sites and maybe the people on there will be interested in reading about your fantasies. RFD OT is not your own personal locker room.

YOU can add me to your ignore list since you seem so obssessed with this list.
In case you forgot, this is RFD owned by the yellow pages. There are guidelines about what is acceptable and I don't recall reading that your fantasies are acceptable postings. IF I wanted to read about your imaginations and fantasies, I would go to the Playboy or Penthouse, or any of the other sites that feed that sort of need. Instead, I come to RFD which is a deals forum so I have a reasonable expectation that I will see things other than your potty mouth fantasies.
If I went to one of those sites and protested the postings, the people who frequent those sites would have a point if they suggested I pack up and leave. YOU on the other hand do not have that right. If I went to Costco, or Zellers, or Walmart, or Kelseys, or other places that or not considered adult entertainment places, and I heard the kind of garbage that you spewed in that posting, and other posts, then you can be sure I'd have plenty to say about it.
Remember, this is not your personal blog where you have the right to try to impress people with your imagined conquests. IF your posting was acceptable, it would not have been removed.
So, feel free to add me to your ignore list. Just know that if I read any of your filth, I will call you out on it and if I feel like it, I will report it.

i've done the same with porn. delete every porn that has someone resembling them
Wait, you are in a relationship, but still looking for stuff that has someone that looks like your gf?
Do you feel like if you are looking at someone who looks like her that it is somehow ok?

And if you're looking for deals, WTF are you doing in Off Topic? You sound angry. You also seem like a prude. You remind of my sister-in-law, who I absolutely hate! I bet you're the crazy co-worker who has HR's number programmed into their speed dial at work.

I already told you. YOU are the one who seems to like the whole idea of the ignore list (but I suppose only for others as you STILL haven't put me on yours). I don't use the ignore list. My choice, tyvm.
Angry? Nah Prude? Nah..........I just don't suffer fools very well and I don't like it when people don't know about the old "time and a place" for things. You are in the wrong place for blogging your fantasies. The internet is full of all sorts of porn sites, and other garbage sites yet for some reason you choose to post your fantasies in a family friendly deals forum owned by the Yellow Pages. I have every right to expect to read any thread without having to add people to an ignore list, or to have to be subjected to inappropriate smut on a family friendly site. I also have the right to call you out on it. Again, exercise your right to add me to your ignore list since you are the one who keeps bringing it up.

I'm not adding you to my ignore list because I don't get offended by your posts. You are clearly offended by mine, therefore, you should add me to your ignore list. People know I fill OT with inappropriateness. Some find it funny, others (prudes like you) find it highly offensive. That's fine. I don't care. You clearly find me to be a highly offensive, disgusting, vile pig of a human being. As such, if you put me on your Ignore List, you will never be offended again. And you won't feel the need to shower after reading one of my posts. This is logical, isn't it? Do you understand logic? Do you?

Someone who hangs out with black boyfriends, is "dangerous", and someone who has slept with 25+ people is not to your standard.
But chocolate starfish is what gets you really hot.
And a nude shot makes you panic and trash the photo.
You should just leave your wife and go do what you want. It's in your blood and you know it.
Hope that helps.
If it helps, when sketchy people offer up a threesome, there is no shame in turning it down. You're not really going to miss anything. jmo...

That said... if I had a gf I would delete them. So my final answer is... ok to keep, but get rid of them once youre with a new girl out of respect to the new girl. The big problem is that she is tracking you down, probably knows your married and is looking to stake out her territory. Ever wonder why one night stands right around the time you start dating someone who falls for you? Some people are vindictive and can use sex as a weapon. Again, jmo... It's not always the case.
How do you know your friend doesn't know your wife?
First off, you shouldn't be afraid of the pictures, and trashing does nothing expect feed into any distrust any sort of perusal of this girl would do anyways.
Show them the pics, but be prepared that if she wants to bring guys into it, and your still "terrified" of nude pics, you are probably the submissive one in the relationship to begin with and any threesomes might be something which is difficult to deal with. Again, jmo...
I am not an advice columnist, nor am I any good at relationships.
In any event, why is it your fault if someone mails you nude pics? It's not. This can never be your fault.
Worst case, she does know your wife, and for some bizarre reason she knows about the pics and want to know how you would react, but in all honestly that is extremely paranoid and probably not a possibility at all. jmo...

She hasn't bugged me since the "incident". And I don't know where this threesome idea came from anyways. As far as I'm concerned, it's water under the bridge. She may have been drunk or tipsy when she sent the photo. Who knows? The whole point of me starting this thread was to generate discussion on the topic of whether one would keep naked photos of previous relationships. Not what I should do in this case. I already know what I did. I deleted it.
Sometimes, there needs to be fun topics other than the same old discussions on the TTC, unions, taxpayers, government salaries, gas prices, racism, etc...

I get it, this is the only chance you have to live out your fantasy, you can't even talk to the wife about it. Even just to make fun of that girl, not that she should be made fun of, but I would expect anyone I was dating to either not give it a second notice at all, or freak out and start making fun of them. It would also let your wife know your still in demand. There is nothing wrong with that, jmo...
I would be completely open with it, and I would actually be offended if someone I was in a relationship didn't do the same. Drama is better, jmo...
