Is it just me, or does anyone notice that foreign people (not certain ethnicites, but newcomers) choose fashion extremes? Like, I've come across many asian non-english speaking people who look like Justin Beiber. Does China have Bieber Fever?

They are only fashion "extremes" because you are not used to it. Maybe in some other country - typical North American wear is considered "extreme"
