Allegiant Air to Charge $35 Per Carry On Bag!

Allegiant Airlines are going to start charging $35 per person for carry on luggage (http://www.king5.com/news/cities/bellingham/Allegiant-Air-to-charge-35-carry-on-fee-145919975.html)fees! So glad I've already booked my family's three Allegiant Flights to L.A. this spring. If I had waited, it would have cost an extra $105 in carry-on fees. Booo!

Paid this on Spirit air too. I'm not all that against it to be honest - if it prevents ticket increases. I HATE the people that try to avoid bag fees by putting these huge ***** travel bags that barely fit in the cabins - if your bag needs a frigin roller then you should be paying for it.

To note, a small backpack or purse are good - that's what I usually travel with anyway (the backpack, lol). Usually can do 1 checked or carry on bag between two people for shorter trips.
