It's ok for women to say that they would never date someone shorter than them.

it not OK for you, a man, to discriminate which women you'd date based on their weight. Don't want to date Sarah's friend, because she's fat? (how dare you call her that!). Guess what, you're an *******.

It's ok for women to have it easier on the job. Let the men do the heavy lifting and physical labour. Let the men do most of the work, even. They're women after all, give them a break.
It's not ok for men to make more than women at the same job, or have jobs exclusive for them. Even if the man is more qualified. This is sexism!

It's ok for women to flirt with men.
It's not ok for men to flirt with women, depending on how the woman feels. If she's not in the mood, you're a perv.

And of course...

It's ok for women to hit men.
Man hitting a woman? Enjoy your jail time. And the false accusations of rape. And never seeing your kids again. Society will label you as a woman abuser forever (even if you did it in self defense).

Basically it's ok for women to be whatever they want to be, and express themselves. If you're a male the opposite is true, you should restrict yourself to what is considered politically correct. This is modern day gender equality.

Not all women are like this, with one exception... your last point is usually supported by both men and women.
