Headline: Groupon sets yet another share price low (http://www.chicagobusiness.com/article/20120405/NEWS07/120409875/groupon-sets-yet-another-share-price-low)
The stock closed at $14.18, down 2.5 percent on the fourth straight day of decline.
The stock is down 23 percent this week and below its $20 IPO price in November.
After reports on Monday of an informal inquiry by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the first shareholder lawsuits were filed in federal courts on behalf of people who bought the stock before the restatement and lost money.

Dot bomb 2.0 is coming.
Will culminate with the crash of Facebook share prices after an overhyped and overinflated IPO.

I don't see the comparison to facebook at all; Facebook has plenty of intrinsic value. Groupon is a marketing novelty that has now run its course.

20/20 did a spot on groupon not too long ago and the guy admitted that it's a flash in the pan. he's in debt and half the companies he takes on to offer volume deals don't even honor what they advertise so he spends most of his profits refunding those that got burned.
at the end of the spot it said that the guy doesn't make a profit and that he actually owes his employees back pay (apparently he's brain washed the few that work for him that one day they will hit the same status as say FB / google and be well off so they keep letting him cut their pay)

News Flash: Facebook is now nothing more than a marketing novelty. The only people who post status updates have few people who pay attention to them. I know I don't.

LET ME SAY THIS!
If there is only 1 reason to ROOT your Android phone.. it is NOT to get proxy data cheap, but to REMOVE that stupid Facebook APP...
do your phone a favour and get rid of it... it restarts if you try to force close it, and you cannot remove the permissions... and it has ALL permissions...
I think the carriers get paid to stick that trash in the firmware ROM.
Yes I do have facebook buy I will log in when I want to on my netbook, or use it on my old 2G iPhone, so when I close it, it is gone.
Now my phone boots and runs %15 better... just from removing Facepoop
