Specifically I'm thinking about GO stations, but if they're sold elsewhere I'd be interested to know.

Also can you buy tokens in multiples of other than 3 or 7? Say 4-6 tokens for $2.60 each.

Presumably you can buy wherever there is an authorized TTC Fare retailer - like a convenience store. Or gas station/convenience store. At least in Toronto, that's how it rolls.

By the way, although they have 3 and 7 on the site, I could/can still get them in tens. You just ask for ten and they give you ten.

I don't know if you can buy 4 tokens (re: I doubt it) so you can take two trips/you and someone else can have fare for a day. If you need six tokens, just ask for six tokens and they'll "sell" you 3 tokens twice - it's not that hard.

Lastly - if you're looking for fare for travel on a single day but for two adults, you might as well just buy a day pass. It'll be cheaper/easier to deal with.

I saw a list of TTC Metropass retailers - is that the same as the list of stores that sell tokens? Or is there another list?

The TTC site says on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, a day pass can be used for 2 adults. But on other days that won't work.

probably Shopper Drug Mart.

Does anyone know where I can purchase TTC Tokens using a credit card method?

I know I can buy from some Shoppers Drug Mart for TTC tickets using credit card (the one I go often is Fairview Mall), but where can I get TTC token other than TTC station booth? I need somewhere that sells token. I know ticket is going away as of Sept. Anyone know if Drug Mart will start selling token?

thanks

Many shoppers drug mart locations don't sell tokens... only a few do sell them, it seems.

I buy all of mine at Metro. I use my MBNA Smart cash thus getting 3% back.

Sometimes the cashier will swipe my airmiles too...

Nice to know! Would've thought they would say no to CC just like lottery tickets.

I can get tokens from PharmaPlus. I don't know if all of stores sell them though.
