Package has been received but not showing up on tracking

I have sent a package to Canada on April 6 and then I call Canada post and it said it was scanned in April 11 at 7:43 AM but it doesn't show that the package was received by Canada and now they said it might have been sent back to me.

In the package were some lotion, toothpaste, and some candy. Would that not meet customs rules.

Any help would be great

It just showed up into Customs in Vancouver for review at 10:56

I saw the thread title and thought to myself "let me guess... Canada Post?" Yup :lol:

Their tracking is pretty unreliable. I've had a package in hand for days sometimes before their online tracking is updated with delivery info.

Never had a problem with CP yet other then taking days on days to update..
