What is the cheapest way to ship 60lb item within Canada with tracking ?

I intend to purchase a portable washer online thr paypal. I would like to know the cheapest method to ship it back to seller in case if it is not working or damaged..etc.

It seems to me that the shipping cost I found could be around $100, which it is too expensive for a washing machine that is $300.

The store is applesave.com, I believe their location is somewhere in Ontario. I couldn't find any review about this online store and the payment method is thr paypal only. Paypal makes buyer to ship it back if there is problem with it.
