how have you contacted them?

from my experience, because this is NOT a one-time thing with their contests, using the website form or Twitter won't get you any reply...

I'll try to call tomorrow but I'm not sure what BT's office hours are...

tried calling... receptionist says they're already gone for the day... they start at 4:30 am -- but if I call that early is there anyone at reception to direct the call?

if you're on twitter, you can nag them -- I blanket tweeted all of the accts listed under the BT account and @AdrianSousa and @DinaPugliese claimed they do respond to viewers... but after I pointed out the prob, I didn't heard back from @AdrianSousa which pretty much proved my point... @DinaPugliese hasn't had a chance yet so I don't know if she'll do anything...

I have not heard back from UPICKEM yet! Urghh! I checked the Entry Form and they have not updated it with the Rules. Urghh!
