Will the HTC One S work with Rogers?

I'm looking at getting the One S when it comes out, but I understand that Rogers won't be getting it. Telus, Fido and Bell will. Will an unlocked one work on Rogers?

One X is coming out this week, so expect the One S to be out in the next few weeks
