I am looking for an online service that would render a picture like an oil painting.
Would like then to have it printed on a canvas then framed.
Do you have suggestion of service I could use?

These companies always have deals through the various group deal sites (WagJag, Groupon, MadDeal, etc.) I'd wait til one comes up that gives you the options you want; paying full price would be silly when these deals come up so often.
