Software that can alert you when a site has been refreshed and an item is on sale?

Hi all

There's a site that I buy movie posters and other nerd stuff from that randomly has sales on limited run items. For example, they're selling custom Avengers movie posters with a run of 360 posters.

Unfortunately, they sell out in like 2 minutes.

Does anyone know of any software that can alert you immediately when a website has been refreshed and an item is on sale?
