FS: Yamaha RX-V765 Home Theatre Receiver - $350 --> NOW $300!

I have a Yamaha RX-v765 Home Theatre Receiver for sale. Item is in 10/10 condition, I bought it about a year ago but got rid of my home theatre speakers shortly after because of complaints in my condo from neighbours. I cannot effectively use a receiver of this calibre so I'm opting for a small HTIB. Paid $700+tax for this. Have box, manuals and all materials.
