The competition is open to all individuals, regardless of domicile, who are twenty-three (23) years of age or older on 28 June 2012 and have been in possession of an international driving license type B, or a valid Belgian equivalent, for at least three (3) years. (no idea if canadian license is equivalent)

Prize: The winner receives the prize of “The Ultimate Vacation”, comprising:
Airline and/or train tickets for travel to and from Belgium (if the winner is from outside Belgium) or train and/or bus tickets for travel within Belgium (if the winner comes from Belgium).
Entrance to over thirty (30) music festivals that take place between 28 June 2012 and 2 September 2012 in Flanders and Brussels. The music festivals for which entrance is offered is decided solely by Tourism Flanders.
The use of a camper van ‘the Hippie bus’, including fuel card and fully comprehensive vehicle insurance and breakdown insurance, with sleeping facilities and equipment necessary for driving from one music festival to another.
A sum of 5,000 euros to cover expenses, such as food, drink, etc.
Fourteen (14) nights free accommodation including breakfast, in accommodation located in Flanders and Brussels, to be indicated by Tourism Flanders
A mobile telephony subscription that provides the winner with unlimited internet access through their mobile device.
Travel insurance if the winner or his/her regular travel partner is not in possession of one at the beginning of the journey.
Regular travel partner
The winner also gets the chance to bring a regular travel partner. Travel costs (airline, train and/or bus tickets) and entrance to the music festivals is also provided free to this travel partner.
