looking to replace a faulty system (OS) hard drive which I can't format for some odd reason.
Tried dban, kill zero, seagate tools, windows partition/repartition, ms-dos.
seagate tools all test passed.
always getting windows can not format error.
tried in an external and on other computer.
finally gave up. So im looking for the cheaper sata hard drive on the market, doesn't matter with size.
