Given the PSU constraints of this unit, (I was told it was 460 with only one 6 pin), what do you think is the best graphics card I can get for my money?
I currently have AMD 6450 so it is quite anemic even for D3 beta. I like to play that game in 19x12 in full glory with my existing U2410 monitor.
I am considering the 6850, 6870, and 7850. I am leaning towards 6870 but I keep reading how some requires 2 6 pins. I am in Toronto so I like somewhere where I can get free delivery or easy to travel to store.
Thanks

Depending on the type brand of PSU (quality) you can power a 6870 with ~400W.
I just recently built a rig with a 400W PC Power and Cooling MK III Silencer and an 6870 HD.
Some 6870 manufactures include 4-pin molex to 6-pin adaptors; HIS and Sapphire do, XFX does not in my experience.
The rig I recently built has a HIS 6870, the PSU only had a single 6-pin so I used the 4-pin (requires two 4-pin molex) to 6-pin to power the card.
Long story short, it isn't so much about the wattage at the total amp output. I believe the MK III Silencer is ~30amps.
If the PSU is of poor quality just go for a 6850, or replace the PSU as well.

Any hope of running 7850? Or is that beyond what the dell can do? Most likely I will have the cash ready end of June. How much lower do you expect prices to go for these three cards in Canada with NVIDIA launching soon?
