Body language is a form of non-verbal communication, which consists of body posture, gestures, facial expressions, and eye movements. Humans send and interpret such signals almost entirely subconsciously.
John Borg attests that human communication consists of 93 percent body language and paralinguistic cues, while only 7% of communication consists of words themselves;[1] however, Albert Mehrabian, the researcher whose 1960s work is the source of these statistics, has stated that this is a misunderstanding of the findings[2] (see Misinterpretation of Mehrabian's rule). Others assert that "Research has suggested that between 60 and 70 percent of all meaning is derived from nonverbal behavior."[3]
Body language may provide clues as to the attitude or state of mind of a person. For example, it may indicate aggression, attentiveness, boredom, relaxed state, pleasure, amusement, and intoxication, among many other cues.

Yeah it was pretty stupid. They had those "experts" going through tapes and telling what the person talking meant AFTER THE FACT
Reminded of a psychic doing a "cold reading"
Some gems that really stood out were:
"See Marion Jones! She denied using steroids but you can tell she was lying here because her face wasn't angry"
Then the next few sequences later they show Clinton and Nixon lying both with ANGRY faces
Another gem @ the 42 minute mark with the cop. I love this one it's so stupid:
"The eyes don't lie. You can put your hands in your pocket or have a seat on a chair...but the eyes don't lie"
"have a seat on a chair"?

Are you impressed with psychics when they cold read and say something like "you have a grandmother who is very frail right now"?
I wonder what the hit/miss ratio is on that prediction lol

Let see if I can assist this thread to a logical conclusion:

Now if only that was a "Secret" such as the show title "Secrets in Body Language"
This is probably why you didn't hear people talking about boners on the show once. Because no one cares

or lack thereof of a boner. Lets face it Physiological Responses such as puking, boners, crapping, choking etc have nothing to do with the subject at hand
