Waterloo insurance

A broker gave me a quote from Waterloo insurance that has the lowest price for my auto insurance. I googled around and didn't find a lot reviews. Did anyone deal with them and give any feedback?

I deal with them, but haven't had to make a claim so have no comment for that part of it.

I do know they're real slow at processing paperwork though. When I first switched to them it took about 3 months before I received an actual policy number from them, and every time I change vehicles it's another month or two before the new paperwork comes. Hopefully it's a different department that handles claims!

They are part of the Economical group and do group insurance.

I've been with Waterloo for 7+ years. Great company. So far their rates have been very competitive (group rate obviously). We've had three claims so far with them their turnaround is very good. Just check online the bodyshop they send you to, because some of them are very slow. One took 2 weeks just to replace and repaint a fender and door. And yes their claims are handled by Economical.
