I'm looking for the cheapest internet plan available around the GTA that has:
-Unlimited bandwidth
-At least 2mb/s upload speed. Higher is better
-Download speed isn't that important, as long as it's above 8mb/s

Just trying to be realistic here ...
Getting 2mb/s upload is a problem on DSL, since Bell owns pretty much all the DSL copper in the GTA. That means you're only going to see 800k to 1mbit up on DSL. If you take vDSL (Fibe), it's 25mbit down and 7mbit up.
I'm not sure where you are if cable is available, but most of it is still 1mbit up and higher downloads.
Acanac is pretty cheap, but you are limited in speed at peak times.
Teksavvy is a bit more, but you are not limited in speed at any time ... just that you have "unlimited" either 24/7 (premium) or between 2am and 8am each day.
Bell/Rogers/Cogeco won't be unlimited.
