So I have an 19 hour layover in Hong Kong. I arrive at 10:35pm though and then depart 5:05pm the next day. What are some worthwhile things I could do or checkout with this amount of time (I have never been to HK before).
Thanks!

Hit up LKF, then do Victoria Peak in the morning, ride the Tram (streetcar) on HK island. If you have time, drop by the City Gate Outlet Mall by the airport (not too many good deals to be had, but worth checking out). That should take up the better part of 19 hrs.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll definitely check out LKF and probably Victoria Peak.
Just a question, is it reasonable to just sleep over night at the airport? I didn't really want to book an accommodation just for a day.

Check out Sleeping in Airports (http://www.sleepinginairports.net/)
I used it to get tips when I needed to spend the night at Gatwick.

So how much time should one leave to arrive before a flight at the Hong Kong airport? I was thinking 1.5-2hrs should be enough?

If you love food, then you might want to watch Anthony Bourdain's The Layover - Hong Kong for food tips.

International flights is 3hrs pretty standard across the world no?
Unless, you mean't how much time to budget to arrive at the airport.. I'd leave a solid hour if you're near an MTR line.
