My contract expires May 5. I call them a month ago to give a notice to cancel the account. They told me to port the number 4 days before may 6, so that i wont loose the number and wont continue with month to month. I got a confirmation number for that. Then, I receive this

Even if they mark 3 days as early cancellation, it is $20/month to a maximum of $200. Not $100.
I'll give them a call tomorrow.
