What are you on? Some sort of mobile roaming laptop plan?
That's insane.
The hilarious part is that HST
All the charges are for wireless usage. Phone plans have always been expensive. Do you have any idea how many people pay thousands to keep their cell phone month over month?

Honestly I would just cancel It even though It's the only source of mobile internet.. Although would Speakout work? If there's Rogers towers near you you'll be able to connect via Edge or 3G depending.
Only $10/month on Speakout that comes with UNLIMITED Mobile Browsing.

Thanks for the suggestion.
No tower near me for rogers.We/I are lucky phones work where I am ,let alone a internet stick.Hard to believe in Canada LOL.
I do not really mind the charges where I am at,but they are above and beyond what I should be paying.I am working 2000 miles away from home.
At my house I pay 15 bucks a month for rogers extreme with 95 GB a month for two years and bell dry loop for around 40-50 bucks I forget.

You can get WIND mobile in KW now.
The other option is actually using Rogers or Bell (unless you've screwed them around, and owe them hundreds of dollars.)
Try Acanac or Teksavvy or Distributel.

Well I guess you did not read my post above what you posted.
Also I am not a bum as you suggest owning people money. For my bill I make that in less then 2-3 hrs works.Which is not the point.I think its too much money for someone living in Canada.
I have Rogers and Bell internet at my house, but I am working 2000 miles from home so I have to use bell mobile connect which is a usb internet .
Thanks for your suggestion though.

Yes there are connections but I have the best one I can access ,and its been the best one for over a year.
I suppose I could get a dedicated line to where I am,My work has a 7 MB down for 10GB month usage and I have had the project manager ask me to stop using the work internet cause it cost them over 1000 a month when I use it to upload /download my files,so I use hard drives now for all stored data.
I am out in the sticks LOL.
Its according to Google maps 1969.7466794 miles from my house.

If it's the same plan as this (http://www.bell.ca/Mobility/Products/Mobile_Internet_Flex_plan) you should only have to pay $70 for usage under 5GB. What's the mobile browsing for?
