Any cheap under 13' laptop or netbook recommend?

Hi, I wanna buy a cheap laptop or netbook (under 13').

The primary use of it is to read some news, watch online stream, movie(connect with LCD tv), Skype. I am looking for a cheap, under 13 laptop or netbook. I can't find any good deals.

Can you recommend one? Thanks

I think he meant "cheap". $350+taxes comes to close to $400 is not what he is looking for.

I guess OP should state his price range and if he minds used or not.
