What is it like working in Fort McMurray? Not for manual labour job.

A lot of oil companies will fly in accountants/auditors and have them work on a two on two off schedule on site. Same for the engineering side. I know P.engs who actually live in camps (that are very very nice, not rough and in the bush) working on oilsands projects.
Keep in mind little of the actual work is in Ft mac - it just happens to be the hub for where the major oilsands projects happen. Because of this, a lot of tangential employees live there, but the action itself is 1+ hrs away.
