Looking to get a new desktop for my home office.

Found this on NCIX for $599.

I've been out of the game a bit on desktops, how is this for the price and performance?
Looking to do basically MS Office, some minor photo editing, accounting software and web browsing.

No dedicated graphics. No USB3 either. No info on power supply or motherboard.

Personally, I would get suggestions for components and have a computer retailer like NCIX, ME, etc build it for me. Something decent starts at around $600-$700 plus taxes.

NCIX has a suggested setup starting at $5xx under PC builder.

Thanks Dave,

My thoughts were to spend a bit more money and get one of their Vesta i5 SFF, but it's a couple of weeks out for the build.
Will browse through the site and see what they've suggested

If you are not in a hurry, wait until they come out with a cheap or free upgrade to Win8. Should be out soon. I am thinking about waiting for Win8 to come up and then having a new PC built for me. My 5+ year old Compaq/HP refurb is too slow for D3.
