$460.35/Month + HST with $550 cash incentive to you!! You also get to keep my security deposit of $550 at the end of the lease. Which makes it approx. $412/Month + tax realistically.

This is a very good deal as 0.9% lease interest rate from Benz rarely happens and the purchase price was brought down quite a bit.
