Selling my membership to Extreme Fitness at Yonge and Sheppard location. It's paid for until February 1st of 2013 so over 8 months remaining. I'm selling it for only $300 (no tax, no assessment or any other fees) which works out to $37.50/month!! After February 1st, 2013 you may renew it for only $44/month (including taxes) or cancel.
