In a car/train situation, I'd say train.
Here, I'm saying plane. Planes are federally regulated, and trains are usually provincially regulated.

I'd say train. It can only stop while the plane can turn and/or stop.

The train has the right of way since its on the ground, the Airplane can easily take off and is in no danger.
Also the runway is already way too long for that Aircraft, I dont think there will be an issue of them colliding, the Aircraft will be well into the air by the time it reaches the tracks. Also they wouldnt let it run on the strip above the tracks, there must be some kind of protocol to ensure Aircraft never touches the tracks..
