Which would you choose??

I'd personally go with the c2 or the gt3 rs because they are the most developed and raw cars porsche offers. Everyone who knows posrches know that the gt3 rs is one of the most naked cars on the road today.

But C2 is sense the type 0 of the 911 family and naturally the most R & D was focused to it.

i heard the RS skips and hops alot over had*bad* pavement = bad traction

But

I suspect that since it has adjustable suspension the spring rate could be dialed down abit along with compression n extension. :/ thus avoiding all together the purpose of a RS ROFL....

It's not just the suspension that makes it a great car. As much as I hate Porsches the RS is what I would consider quite special (I trust you read up on it). The rest can stay in underground parking lots on Bay St.

I'll take the only and only p-car. The Pontiac Fiero produced in the mid 80's. It was the code name for the Fiero.

Anyway, GT3 and RS are essentially track cars, which is probably not what you're going to use it for most of the time. Rock hard suspension + huge rear wing + paint job with racing flags = no for me. I say 991 C2S. Almost as fast as the outgoing GT3 (at least in the hands of pros), sounds wicked awesome with porsche sports exhaust, and very comfortable for a sports car.

Verdict : 991. I'd hesitate if you had brought a 997.2 GTS...

a 08 is a .1, i think 2010 is the model year for .2

and I very much agree with you....porsche has made the gt3 rs into a peacock car with the stickers

and believe it or not a 991 pdk(blah) in a laydriver's hand could beat a professional driving the gt3 rs in a drag race! 0-60 in 3.9 vs 4.5!! <--LOL insert Nissan GTR fan boy here

2009 was the .2 and both the gt3 and rs variants can be had without the checkered flag pattern.
