Just looking for a little help.

I am located in the Ingersoll/Woodstock area in Ontario.

I am trying to get some OTA channels for my trailer.

I bought an HDTV antenna from tigerdirect (http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4361733&CatId=2767)

However I have an analog TV.

I could not pick up any channels. Is this because they will not work together or just my location? I know I may not get any digital channels but shouldn't I still get some

I took the device home to London Ontario and I picked up 4 HD channels on my LCD TV and one regular channel.

So do I need another piece of equipment or am I just out of luck?

You need a digital to analog converter since your tv does not have a built-in ATSC (i.e. digital) tuner.

Thanks for the quick reply.

One more question. Do you know if a Viewsat Box (Extreme or Ultra) would do the trick for the Converter box?
