I found a contractor on HomeStars who looks like he'd be my choice to install my ceramic floor tiles. I'm wondering what a reasonable price per sq ft would be? Just straight installation and grouting - I already have the tiles, and I'll do the sealing myself.
Usually when I have a project, I get 3 contractors to come over and give me quotes. But this is such a tiny job of just 120sq ft, that I really don't want to waste the time time of so many people. I know that when some contractors don't want to take a job, they quote a really high price. So if this guy offers to do it for a reasonable price, I'll hire him on the spot. Thanks for whatever information you can provide.
