Nice house, sorry to hear about the family health issues. I`m not interested myself but you might list the amount of bedrooms, washrooms and is the basement finished might help to sell it. Good luck.

I had a family come in that said they would only buy a home owned by either Italians, or Portuguese... my family covers both bases, but, i was above her price range. (FYI the interested party was not European)

I like my area of Brampton, the mix is really good, if anything, too Euro/Caucasian in my area.

I bought a house in Brampton last year, and let me say, looking at non-European owned homes was....umm...shocking?

Mind you not all were bad, but there was some less than appealing features.

my buyer couldnt get a Mortgage (even though they were pre-approved ...for what amount, i dont know)
