So i got hired at the resturant thats new to canada we did no interviews because it was last minute and the first 10 or so people got full time positions including me we got hired i'd say Februay 21,2012 then couple weeks after the owner from the states went back to america i realise the hours started changing like all the full timers that were black seem to become casuals then they just fired them without notice( they got no shifts) so i was among the last 2 black persons left and then everything was okay seeing that i got 1 or 2 shift 4hrs btw within the pay period, and on the day that i last work my manager was tlking to me on a good job i was doing and blah couple days after i called to see if i had work they said no i wasnt schedule i kept calling and they said no so basically they fired me without telling me so i had called to talk to the manager and he had said call back in 30mins and so i did and they never answered my call and i called the next day from my friends' phone then next black girl i.e and they didnt answer so a week after we called back and they just hung up the phone.... like what the hell who does this
