Looking for bread flour

Does anyone know where I can buy bread flour in 10-20 kg bag? Unbleached, whole wheat, any type as long as it is bread flour(higher protein content) Not bread machine flour but that would be better than all purpose flour.Tried the Bulk Barn but it was too expense being double the cost of all purpose flour. I use about 14 cups of bread flour per week. I am in the Kingston On. area but am willing to travel.
