Works pretty well, and has been since it's purchase a few back. Inputs as following -

Again, works very well, and has seen very sparse use since it was purchased at the same time as the TV. Includes everything, Front / Rear Speakers, Center and Sub.
DVD Player - SD-1800KC (http://www.amazon.com/Toshiba-SD-1800-DVD-Player/dp/B00008IP6A)
Works well, albeit it's a few years older than the other two items. Outputs via progressive (yPbPr + SPDIF or RCA) for the best video quality on DVDs).
I also have a stand to go with all these items - It has two roll out drawers to hold your DVDs / VHS tapes / Games / Whatever. There's also a central area for your items with a grommeted hole in the back. The shelf is adjustable so you can keep two items in there easily. It has a little bit of damage on the right side from a puppy a few years back, but it's hardly noticeable.
All items come with their original remotes, and work pretty well. I'll give you all the cabling you need to get it hooked up, and can even help with that if you need. Overall, if you need a cheap home theatre setup without any of the hassles - this would be your ticket.
