Hello guys, I bought this sometime ago but is never used and wanted to sell but I wanted to know about logitech profile and if someone else can create a new profile or is the remote stuck with my profile?

I don't see why it can't be re-programmed using the Harmony software or myharmony.com.

How old is the remote? I'm asking because I had an older Harmony One and I could only use myharmony.com to program it which didn't seem to give me as many options as using the Harmony Remote software app.

If it was permanently stuck on the first profile it was set to, that would be a massive design flaw. What would happen if you got all new hardware?

Definitely able to reset it to default and go from there. Pretty much all electronics can be reset.

Yes, I've taken an old remote associated with one profile and was able to create a new profile for that remote and 'reset' it.
