Some nub decided to steal my jack and stands from my gf's parking spot so looking for a new one. My car is fairly low as it is so preferably a low-profile one.

I have that Canadian Tire one. 1.5 t alumunium racing jack. Does the job and it's low profile. A good price for it is 99$ on special.

I'd need at least a 2t'er but even then I don't see any on sale currently.

Ended up splurging and getting the 3T aluminum racing jack. Easily one of my favourite tools now.

WTF?? Why were they just sitting there (as storage?) or were you about to some work on the car and someone came by and theif them?
