Stubborn Dress Shirt (Wrinkles)

I have this one dress shirt, 100% cotton, that seems to wrinkle itself regardless of what I do.

I've tried ironing it, steaming it, even sending it to the cleaners, it always manages to wrinkle itself even before I put it on. By the time I wear it for a few hours, it looks like it had been rolled up in a ball for weeks. Never had this issue before with any of my other shirts.

Any suggestions?

get rid of the dress shirt, maybe its the material they use. Not sure as I don't have many "Dressy" shirts. Most of my shirts are oxford material like which doesn't wrinkle too much and looks decent even when its a little wrinkled.

Or go with a poly blend.

you can "starch" your shirt a bit to prevent creases.
