if you have costco membership..check out their protein. Best value for money IMO. Otherwise bodybuilding.com if you want higher quality protein

I've been using the Kaizen Whey Isolate for over a year now. It's good value. $44 for 2.2kg (i think). It goes on sale twice a year from the looks of it, for about $10. That's when you want to stock up. I've been slowing on my usage of it, and incorporating Myofusion recently to add a bit more of a supplement kick.
