Air conditioning help in Markham / East Toronto area

Hello,

My AC seems to be running (the inside of the house is making the appropriate noises and the outside fan is spinning) but there is no cool air. Can someone recommend me a HVAC tech in the Markham/ Richmond Hill / East Toronto area please? One thing of note is that to get the fan spinning I had to use the "stick" method and hit the fan blades.

Henry pm if you wish the name of the fellow I've used for 24 years. He does services Markham/Richmond Hill, is a curmudgeon but in my opinion worth 3 times what he charges (just don't tell him that if you use him). A caveat - we call him in twice a year to service both AC and furnace but let the furnace slip last year because of the mild winter, and since he was talking about retirement I'm not sure if he's still in the business.
