Best All-in-One domain registration/hosting/site building place?

Hi all... I've been wanting to build some websites, however, I am uneducated in html. I know there are some block building type of sites available, I'm just wondering what recommendations are there for easy to use all-in-one type of site. I know godaddy offers something like website tonight but I dont' know if that's going to offer the kind of depth I'd like out of a site...

I'm looking to build a 3 tier type of site, with a home page, menu bar with tier 2, and pages linked to from those tier 2 pages - tier 3.
