I'm still in the middle of my contract with Rogers. I know Rogers recently implemented the FlexTAB program. Will I fall under it? I last renewed my contract in August 2010, which means my contract won't expires until August 2013 (3-year term).

I went online and I don't see the HTC One X under my upgrade eligibility. However, given the list of the phones that are on my list, I think I'll just be paying the early upgrade fee, hardware activation fee, and the device price (3-year term). Is this right? I think the One X is going for $129.99 on a 3-year contract.

Does anyone here know if the early upgrade fee decreases as I approach the expiration date of my contract? Is it worth doing a HUP now or I should just buy the device outright?

I am the same situation like you too.
Hardware upgrade fee is $200 + HTC one X is $129 + $35 Fee = $364 already.
Month to month is $574.
So, I think you better of buying out right.

As for me I will sign another 3 yrs coz I do not have that much money to spend. :)

When did you renewed your contract? I didn't check last month, but will the early upgrade fee drop $5/month from now to the expiration of my contract?
