Just got my bill and the bundle discount decreased from 5 to 4, it is very little to a person, but they have thousands of customers so they can still get a lot from this I guess.

What is the date on your bills? I got mine on May 26 and it's still $5.

mine dated Jun 6.

I called and they said it is for all customers, and "competitors are doing similar things".

I'll have to wait and see what happens on my June invoice. I'm probably going to be in the same boat as other Bell customers.

It shows as $4 here:

And the last update date is 04/05/2010. Am I looking at the right page?

Just another way for them to make money. I wonder if enough people call to complain they will give credits elsewhere. Has anybody been successful at this?

Just got my Bell bill today, dated June 10, 2012.

Was surprised to see my bundle savings went from $5 x 2 to $4 x 2.

I will call Bell tomorrow and see what they say. I will tell them I am going to start looking at other providers for better deal.

Let us know what happens. I believe all customers were notified of the change on the May invoice.

We are so close to cancelling tv service with them and they are just making it easier by their continuous price increases.

I thought about switching too but Rogers would still be more expensive for me.

Do it it's the best thing I have ever done

I wouldn't switch, just drop tv altogether. Bell is still cheaper than the alternatives for tv for me as well.

I am tempted, but to be honest the basic services we get from Bell are still cheaper than other options. But if they keep pushing prices up, I will need to revisit our whole setup.

I called them up yesterday to complain about the decrease. Loyalty was able to give me a $9 monthly credit to my TV service in lieu.
Net savings of $2 from before! (4+4+9 - 5x3)

$9 a month credit for tv is standard

Under the Bell Bundle program (the “Program”), Bell Canada or its affiliates (together, “Bell” or “we”) provide you with a discount of $4 off your monthly bill per Service Category (as defined below) and $9 for TV for any of the rate plans and features listed at http://bundles.bell.ca (the “Discountable Services”) up to a maximum of $25 per month.
